How does Kardexy tell me what my card is worth?
Point your camera at the card and Kardexy identifies the exact printing — set, edition, and card number — then shows the current market price from TCGplayer (USD) and Cardmarket (EUR), adjusted for condition. These are live market prices, not guaranteed sale prices or official appraisals.
Which games does Kardexy support?
Kardexy covers Pokémon TCG and Magic: The Gathering, with the complete catalog for both — from vintage printings through the newest sets. It does not currently scan Yu-Gi-Oh! or sports cards.
Is Kardexy free?
Yes — Kardexy is free to start, so you can scan a card and see its price without paying. There’s an optional Pro upgrade for collectors who want more.
Does the price account for my card’s condition?
Yes. Kardexy adjusts market value across NM, LP, MP, HP, and DMG, so you see a price for the condition your card is actually in rather than a mint-copy figure.
Can I track my whole collection?
Yes. Log cards with quantity, purchase price, and condition, and Kardexy tracks the total value of each collection plus 30-day price trends. You can also build wishlists, favourites, and selling lists.
Does Kardexy grade my cards or give a PSA score?
No. Kardexy identifies and prices cards and lets you record condition, but it is not a grading service and does not return official PSA, BGS, or CGC grades.
How accurate are the prices?
Prices are pulled live from TCGplayer and Cardmarket, the two largest TCG marketplaces, and shown with a 30-day trend so you can see which way the market is moving. Treat them as current market estimates for buying, selling, or insurance — not a guaranteed sale price.
